Troia Portugal
Troia is a a peninsula stretching over a surface of almost 17 km in length and 1,5 km in width, on the coast of Grândola county, situated between the Atlantic Ocean (to the West) and the Rio Sado estuary (to the East). Troia Portugal, a tourist and beach resort, is located in the central-northern area of the peninsula. The limit of the peninsula is in front of the city Setúbal.
The coastal landscape is characterized by a low coast with a long sandy beach, partly made up of reddish sandy sediments of recent scarps, and surrounded by a blue sea that makes this site a perfect destination for leisure moments.
